I called their 24 hour call line when my air went out at 1am. First time with this experience. They called me at 10am and told me... a technician would be by between 3-5. Jamie, the technician, called to let me know at 330 to let me know he was on his way. He was responsive to our ac needs and educated/talked us through the process. Fixed the issue within two hours! Technician told me it would take 4 to 5 days to get warranty on part from carrier. Well it took 12 days for them to come back.... After the installation the tech just wanted to get payed and left without checking my freon. I do not recommend this company at all.read more

Man was I satisfied with the immaculate work they do.. now at first I did face some issues with them but of course being... pregnant I was unwilling to let them prove there capabilities.. sticking my heals in the ground i wanted them to take the unit out and leave us alone..after a week of really asking myself is it right not to give them a chance to fix the issues, to stand by there word and professionalism that they would rectify the problem, I felt like I wasn’t giving them a chance , (being hormonal and due in two months.)I was not being a true customer and realizing we are not perfect and we make mistakes as skilled workers of any trade. After I expressed my apologies and initial thoughts I had being adamant at first, The Owner Eli was not fazed by the way I acted but understood my concerns as a hole and could genuinely relate.. Now that is a Business that Values there customers..Rule of Thumb if they Offer to rectify the problem, give any who ask a chance, yes there is a lot of money involved at times but a second chance should be given.read more

Rapid Air has been very patient and very good during this AC process. I appreciate Zeke coming out to figure how to resolve my... AC issue since last Friday. He explains what he’s doing and what he has to do so that the customer is pleased on the resolution of the repair. I am glad i did reach out to Rapid Air and wish I had called them sooner. I am a single parent with 5 children, my daughter and her 1 child. it was a huge and scary step for me to purchase a new ac. 5Ton... / 14 seer. The salesman guided me through the process and really help me with the financing. Then it was time to say yes to everything. The installing team was amazing going above and beyond their duties. I wont go into details but as usual unforeseen issues happened. I will say it is crucial to have your salesman and one of the installing team at the initial meeting to assess your needs. Long story short I want to commend Johnny Supervisor of Installation stepped up and in coordination with Eli the owner helped me with my issues in a very professional manner. Johnny's crew came and with the highest work standards and outstanding quality of work my issues and anxiety were gone. Trusting something that is out of my control and being a huge financial commitment Is scary and not easy emotionally. I want to thank Mr. Eli and Johnny for their care and kindness that they displayed to me the customer.
